Pulima Link is established by the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation in 2014. It is the first Taiwanese website to introduce and observe the environment of contemporary Taiwan's Indigenous arts. Pulima Link is to be the observation station of global indigenous arts ecology while building up a database of Taiwanese indigenous artists, providing information of Indigenous arts events, and covering Indigenous festivals around the world.
Pulima Art Festival holds every two year. It is established by the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation in 2012. During the festival, prize winners of Pulima Art Award and international indigenous artists are invited to demonstrate and exhibit. Performances from domestic and international performing arts group are also showcased. The festival seeks to present the diversity of indigenous contemporary arts by arranging exhibition, music, theatre and dance performances. It further the goal of cultural exchange through artistic display and education by encouraging public interests in indigenous arts and broaden the visibility of indigenous arts.
Pulima Art Award, established by the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation in 2012, is Taiwan’s first national art award dedicated to indigenous art. It honors contemporary Austronesian artistic creations, and embodies the creative spirit of indigenous peoples in Taiwan. Pulima Art Award aims to further encourage the development of indigenous art through its biennial organization of award exhibition and conference, which will hopefully give rise to related art criticism and theorization, thereby creating a more integrated sphere for indigenous art, enhancing the quality of artworks and extending the pluralist perception of art by Taiwanese society.

Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation (IPCF)

Established by the Education Act for Indigenous Peoples, IPCF commits itself to its mission to ‘promote indigenous cultural education, and operate an indigenous cultural media'. It has been operating steadily and strives to thrive. Moreover, through our work in the foundation, we hope to be able to allow the rich indigenous peoples' culture to put down strong roots in Taiwan. Making our way from the fringes to the mainstream, we look forward to seeing pride in their culture growing in hearts and minds of indigenous peoples.
