Pangcah artist Sapud Kacaw is from Makotaay village, Haulien. He uses natural materials as soil and driftwoods also applies construction methods in his arts making. Gigantic and eye-catching sculptures speak loudly about the issues of land and environment. It invites viewers to reflect the relations between human beings and mother nature. Sapud Kacaw’s answers to life and natural callings echo the traditional values towards the earth.
