Apo' Kufir Talo, Pangcah people from Hualien County, and partner Lisin, Ting-Ting Wang from Taipei. Both love the ocean and field work, demonstrating the nurturing of nature and feelings from life as the sea people in the forms of artistic creation, image and crafts. Progressing along the contexts of the life history of the elders, important historical events, legends, marine culture and traditional life, they have accumulated enormous energy since their return to Makotaay community, and combed through the process via creation, thus caring for and inheriting the precious indigenous community culture.
