"Ka'eso - Delicious" includes 16 pieces of small pottery sculpture. Relying on the Amis concept of "Ka'eso," or "delicious," they elucidate what looks good and beautiful to the eye. This series draws inspiration from the artist's beautiful memories growing up on the beach and observations and imaginations concerning natural environments. The artist says: "When I created this series of works, I had this feeling of getting out of a tiny space, and when I was done, looking at my work, I kept thinking. The Amis in me has subconscious yearnings for the sea. Everything that tides bring, and delicious seafood, sea plants, shells, shrimp, tropical fish, sea urchins - they all by accident formed a rich and diverse color palette."
