米路．哈勇來自台灣桃園復興區爺亨部落泰雅族人，「米路」的泰雅族語意為書寫、畫圖的意思。
創作核心以『生生不息』為精神指標、靈感來源取自於泰雅族人使用的捕魚器具”魚筌”，表達重視生態平衡，使生命生生不息，如同藝術的養分生生不息傳遞給身邊的人。
