米類·瑪法琉(Milay Mavaliw) 出生於台灣台東卡大地布部落(知本)卑南族族人，將藝術視為生活的一部分，透過不斷的體驗和觀察，尋找文化、生活和藝術之間的完美平衡。從生活中汲取靈感，創作出純粹而原真的作品，將圖像要素回歸到最純粹的形式。

Art is part of life to me. Through constant observation, I strive to seek harmony between culture, life, and art. By distilling inspiration from life, I aim to create works of art that are pure and indigenous, thus bringing my images to its purest form.
