對於太平洋島上的原住民藝術家來說，作品經常呈現原住民族社會的多樣性認知，這其中也揭露原住民的宗教、思想與文化等思維。圖騰符號混合當代媒材是我們常見的一種創作形式。也許是因為這一層層的連帶關係反而更能展現別出心裁的藝術美學。我追尋的，每一座島嶼上豐沛的創造能量。
For indigenous artists living in the Asian Pacific islands, their works usually represent cognitive diversity, which are associated their societies and manifest on their religions, minds and cultures. Totemic symbols mixed with modern materials are often seen as a form of creative work, which can show the specific artistic aesthetics. What I like to look at, is the rich source of creative energy in every island.
